These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Pet Sitting by Nicole.

By booking my services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Services may include:

  • In-home pet visits

  • Morning and evening visits

  • Dog walking

  • Other agreed pet care services

All services are provided within the agreed booking dates and times.

Service Area

Services are available to pet owners within the specific Western Sydney suburbs listed on the website. Requests outside these areas may be declined.

Meet & Greets

  • Meet & greets are offered free of charge

  • They are recommended to ensure suitability but are not mandatory

  • Booking is not required after a meet & greet

Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking

  • Remaining balances are due as outlined at the time of booking

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved payment platforms

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made as early as possible

  • Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges depending on notice given

  • Cancellation terms will be explained at booking time

Pet Health & Behaviour

Owners agree that:

  • Pets are in good health unless disclosed

  • Any medical, behavioural, or special care needs are fully communicated

  • Emergency contact and veterinary details are provided

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if a pet poses a safety risk.

Emergencies

In the event of illness or injury, I will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If unreachable, I am authorised to seek veterinary care using the details provided.

Access to Property

By booking services, you grant permission to access your property for the purpose of pet care during agreed times.

Liability

While every care is taken, Pet Sitting by Nicole is not liable for:

  • Illness, injury, or death due to pre-existing conditions

  • Damage caused by pets

  • Issues resulting from undisclosed information

I am fully insured and hold a current police check.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
