Hi, I’m Nicole, the face behind Pet Sitting by Nicole, a local in-home pet sitting service based in Western Sydney. Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up as an only child, so pets were more than companions to me… they were family. That bond stayed with me into adulthood and is a big part of why I absolutely love what I do.

I have been a pet sitter for over two years and originally started on Mad Paws and Pawshake. I am still active on both platforms if you would like to see my verified reviews, although I have copied many of them onto this website for easy viewing. Over time I realised I wanted to build something of my own, so Pet Sitting by Nicole was born.

Animals bring me so much peace and joy. I truly enjoy spending time with them, earning their trust, and making sure they feel loved and cared for when their families are away. I also understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone new. I have my own fur baby, Violet, and she is my whole world. I have no children so she is my little shadow and absolute princess. Because of her, I treat every pet I look after with the same love, patience and care that I give to her.

I do work full time Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, so my pet sitting hours during the week are:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 8:00am and 5:30pm to 8:00pm

• Saturday & Sunday: All day availability

Your pet’s safety and wellbeing are my top priority. To give you complete confidence when you book with me, I am fully insured through Pet Business Insurance. My cover includes:

• Public Liability: $10,000,000
• Injury to Animals: $20,000
• Money and Assault: $750
• Loss or Theft of Key: $4,000
• Professional Indemnity: $1,000,000
• Personal Accident: $10,000
• Animal Illness: $3,000 per animal

I also have an up to date police check, which offers an extra layer of reassurance when I am entering your home and caring for your pets.
