Below are answers to some of the most common questions about my in-home pet sitting and dog walking services. I provide care across Western Sydney, within the specific suburbs listed on my home page, and I’m always happy to answer any additional questions if you don’t see them covered here.

  • I offer flexible in-home pet care across Western Sydney, including:

    • Daily House Visits – $35

    • Morning & Evening Visits – $65

    • Dog Walking – $30 for 30 minutes or $50 for 50 minutes

    • Bundles – Visit + Walk combinations (e.g., daily visit + 50-min walk)

    • Long-Booking Discounts – 5%, 10% and 15% off for extended bookings
      All visits include feeding, water refresh, cuddles, playtime, litter changes, and welfare checks.

  • I still have a regular 9-5 job so my hours are currently:

    Monday - Friday
    Morning: 7am-8am
    Evening: 5:30pm-8:00pm

    Weekends:
    All Day

  • Every house visit includes:

    • Feeding & fresh water

    • Litter tray cleaning or toileting check

    • Cuddles and playtime

    • Administering basic medication (if required)

    • Bringing in mail & parcels

    • Watering plants

    • Home security check

    • Photo updates so you know your pet is happy

  • These include two visits per day with:

    • Breakfast and/or dinner feeding

    • Fresh water

    • Toileting / litter change

    • Extra one-on-one attention

    • Daily wellbeing check

    • Photo updates each visit
      Perfect for pets who need more company or routine.

  • Most pets don’t need a full hour to feel settled. The 15–30 minute visit ensures they get everything they need: care, affection, playtime, and a safety check around the home. If your pet needs extra time or more company, I’m always happy to discuss longer visits.

  • Yes i am fully insured for:

    • Public Liability: $10,000,000
    • Injury to Animals: $20,000
    • Money and Assault: $750
    • Loss or Theft of Key: $4,000
    • Professional Indemnity: $1,000,000
    • Personal Accident: $10,000
    • Animal Illness: $3,000 per animal

  • Yes, I have an up-to-date National Police Check for your peace of mind.

  • Yes, all new clients receive a free meet & greet so I can learn about your pet’s routine, needs, behaviours, and any important home information before your booking begins.

  • No. Meet and greets are required for all first-time bookings. They allow me to confirm access, understand your pet’s needs, discuss safety details, and make sure we’re the right fit. It’s the best way to guarantee a stress-free experience for both you and your pet.

  • Yes, meet and greets are complimentary. They allow us to go through routines, access, and expectations, but there’s no commitment required. If you don’t feel I’m the perfect match for your pet, there’s no pressure to proceed.

  • To secure a booking:

    • A 30% deposit is required for bookings under 5 days

    • A 50% deposit is required for bookings 5 days or longer
      This holds your dates and ensures your pet is booked in.

    The remaining balance is due within 5 days of the booking being completed.

    For short bookings (1–3 days), full payment may be required upfront.

  • Payment plans may be available on request for longer bookings.


    I am also in the process of setting up Zip/Afterpay, depending on approval as a small business.

    I do accept Paypal, so you may be able to use Paypal pay in 4

    Stripe also have Klarna which is a buy now, pay later option.

  • Yes, I can accept card payments through Stripe.

  • Yes, all my bookings will receive invoices through Stripe

  • Just the basics:

    • Food

    • Treats

    • Litter (if needed)

    • Lead, harness, or walking gear

    • Any medications with clear instructions


      You don’t need to leave anything special, your pet stays in the comfort of their own home.

  • Yes. I follow strict safety and welfare procedures including:

    • Checking doors and gates (i even take photos of doors / gates to ensure everything is locked / closed)

    • Ensuring your pet cannot escape

    • Daily wellbeing updates

    • Guidelines for shy, anxious, or special-needs pets
      Your pet is cared for exactly as you request during the meet & greet and via the form filled out after the booking has been confirmed.

  • With every visit or walk, you will receive:

    • Photos

    • A short message

    • A wellbeing update
      I know how important peace of mind is, especially if it’s your first time booking.

  • At this stage, I specialise in daily visits rather than overnight stays.

    It’s mainly because i have my own sooky baby (my cat Violet) at home that also requires my attention.

    If you have something unusual - just ask!

  • Cancellations are handled fairly, depending on notice given:

    • Deposit is refundable if cancelled with reasonable notice

    • If close to the booking date, deposits may be non-refundable to hold your slot
      I will always try to be flexible where I can.

  • Yes, my reviews from Mad Paws and Pawshake are genuine and published on both platforms. I have also copied them onto my website for easy viewing.

  • If you’d like to book, simply message me within a day or two after our meet and greet. I’ll send through a deposit invoice and a short digital form to gather all your pet’s important information.


    If I haven’t heard from you after a few days, I’ll check in. There’s no obligation to book. It just helps me plan ahead and make sure I can offer availability to other families as well.

  • I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and was an only child, so pets became my built-in best friends. I genuinely understand their personalities, routines, and little quirks.
    I treat every pet like my own, with patience, kindness, reliability, and a calm presence that animals respond well to.

    I’ve cared for cats, dogs, puppies, seniors, anxious pets, multi-pet households, and special-needs pets.

  • There’s no strict limit on how many pets I can care for during a visit as every household is different! I’m happy to look after multiple pets as long as their routines can be safely managed within the visit time.

    For walks, I usually take a maximum of two dogs at once to keep things safe and controlled.

    I’m the type who double-checks the door is locked, notices if a pet’s behaviour changes, and sends plenty of photo updates so you can relax while you’re away.

    When i was growing up, i had 3 dogs who were my best friends.

  • Yes, I specialise in giving shy or anxious pets the patience and quiet reassurance they need.
    I move slowly, give them space, and let them approach me on their terms.
    Many owners tell me their nervous pets warmed up much faster than expected.

    Sometimes, they are too anxious to make an appearance and that’s ok as well. I do what needs to be done and leave to ensure that they are not too stressed.

  • Absolutely. I know how stressful it can be leaving your pet, so I send:

  • I follow your instructions from the meet & greet and contact you immediately.
    If veterinary care is needed, I will act quickly, keep you updated, and ensure your pet is safe and supported.

  • It’s just me, so your pet gets consistent care from someone they know and trust. You will always know exactly who is entering your home.
